At Napoli Centrale Pizza Bar, we take food allergies seriously and strive to accommodate dietary requests. However, due to the nature of our kitchen operations, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from allergens, including gluten. Cross-contamination may occur as our food is prepared in an environment where common allergens are present.

Our menu items may contain or come into contact with gluten, wheat, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts (including almond, Brazil nut, cashew, hazelnut, macadamia, pecan, pistachio, pine nut, and walnut), soy, and sesame.

While we take precautions to minimize cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that your order will be completely allergen-free. Customers with food allergies or intolerances should exercise their own discretion when ordering.
